Stephanie Marsan CRPS-P, CMI

Development Manager

 

Stephanie Marsan is an advocate for mental health, substance use disorder awareness, and community empowerment. She joined the Recovery Connections of Central Florida team as an Outreach Specialist and quickly transitioned into the Development Manager role, where she leverages her skills in relationship building, event planning, creativity, and her strategic mindset to execute the organization’s development strategy. Her personal journey with substance use disorder deepens her connection to RCCF’s mission and fuels her passion for helping others access recovery resources and support, making her a vocal advocate for anyone who may be struggling.
Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of South Florida and is also a licensed real estate agent with Saunders Commercial. With a background in client relations across various industries, she brings effective communication and leadership skills to her work. She is passionate about people in everything she undertakes.
Active in philanthropy and volunteerism, she is a proud member of the Junior League of Greater Orlando, where she serves as Vice President of Community, leading initiatives to combat poverty and food insecurity, support children’s causes, and partnering with impactful organizations throughout the community. She also serves on the Harbor House Young Professionals Board, furthering her commitment to advocacy and community involvement.
Originally from Montreal and fluent in French, Stephanie has called Central Florida home for over 25 years. She currently lives in Lake Mary with her partner, Jordan and their boxer Penelope. Through her professional work, advocacy, and personal experience, she is dedicated to breaking stigma, inspiring hope, and strengthening communities.
