I serve as the Assistant Chief Operations Officer, bringing a thoughtful and strategic approach to organizational leadership. Originally from California, I blend a deep appreciation for efficiency with a strong commitment to fostering collaboration and innovation across teams.
My career began in the U.S. Army, where I served as a combat medic—an experience that shaped my values of resilience, service, and precision under pressure. Building on that foundation, I became a nurse and have cultivated extensive experience in healthcare operations, patient care, and clinical leadership. These roles taught me not just how to manage systems, but how to support people with empathy and excellence.
Outside of my professional responsibilities, I enjoy traveling and discovering new perspectives, each journey offers fresh inspiration and a deeper understanding of the world around us.
